Dr. Bharati Shelatkar is academically trained as a dentist and is currently transitioning her career towards public policy and governance. After preparing for the UPSC examinations for four years, she is now pursuing her Master’s in Public Policy from OP Jindal Global University.
An avid reader with an empathetic outlook, she is passionate about creating meaningful societal impact through well-researched and effective policy interventions. She is particularly interested in identifying and addressing implementation gaps to ensure that policies lead to tangible and sustainable outcomes.
She is currently serving as a Research & Policy Intern at Pravasi Setu Foundation, where she contributes to research on governance, diaspora policy, and evidence-based policymaking.
