  • Samriddhi Singh is a second-year Economics Honours student at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Passionate about economic policy, development, and outreach, she is particularly interested in migration, diaspora engagement, and public policy. She currently serves as the Placement Cell Coordinator at the Training and Placement Cell, Faculty of Social Sciences, BHU.

    She has gained practical experience through a four-month editorial internship at ICHRPP, where she honed her research and writing skills. She has also participated in the Neeti Winter School, where she developed an understanding of policy brief writing and policy formulation. Additionally, she has worked as an Outreach and Marketing Intern at BNSK Bharat.

    Her academic foundation includes strong knowledge of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, the Indian Economy, and Statistics. She is proficient in Hindi, English, and Bengali, and possesses advanced skills in MS Excel (including statistical tools), PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of Power BI and R software.

    She is currently serving as a Research & Policy Intern at Pravasi Setu Foundation, where she contributes to research on diaspora policy, economic analysis, and migration-related studies.
