Pratyusha is a Chemical Engineer turned Public Policy Researcher, driven by a curiosity to understand how policies shape communities and everyday lives. This transition led her to explore public policy, research, and social impact more deeply.
She is particularly interested in economic development, migration, diaspora engagement, and inclusive growth. She enjoys unpacking complex challenges around mobility, identity, and access, and translating them into practical, evidence-based insights. Through her work, she aims to contribute to thoughtful, inclusive, and evidence-driven policymaking that creates meaningful impact across diverse social and governance contexts.
She is currently serving as a Research & Policy Intern at Pravasi Setu Foundation, where she contributes to research on diaspora policy, governance, and migration-related issues.
