Harshata Roy is currently pursuing an MSc in Survey Research and Data Analytics from the International Institute for Population Sciences, building on her academic foundation in Statistics from her BSc (Hons). She has a strong interest in data analysis, public policy, and evidence-based research. Her academic journey has equipped her with skills in statistical methods, data interpretation, and analytical thinking.
In addition, she has completed certified training in Full Stack Web Development and SQL, enhancing her technical capabilities. Harshata is particularly interested in applying data-driven approaches to real-world challenges in public health and policy. She is passionate about research, continuous learning, and contributing to impactful, data-informed decision-making processes.
She is currently serving as a Research & Policy Intern at Pravasi Setu Foundation, where she contributes to data-driven research and policy-oriented work in migration and diaspora studies.
