Honoring the Birth Anniversaries of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Madan Mohan Malviya

On this special day, Pravasi Setu Foundation pays tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Madan Mohan Malviya, two leaders who transformed the relationship between India and its diaspora.

Madan Mohan Malviya tirelessly worked to abolish the indentured labor system, restoring dignity to Indian laborers worldwide. His vision as the founder of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) empowered generations of Indians, at home and abroad.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee, as Prime Minister, introduced transformative reforms such as Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Awards, and the Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) card, creating lasting connections between India and its global community.

Their legacies are a testament to the strength of the Indian diaspora and its enduring ties to the motherland. Let us honor their contributions by continuing to build bridges that unite and empower.
