  • Ranjana Singh is a Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Political Science at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. Her ongoing research focuses on the Indian diaspora in the Indo-Pacific region, under the supervision of Prof. Tej Pratap Singh. She holds an M.A. and M.Phil. in Political Science from BHU, with her M.Phil. dissertation titled “The Demand for ST Status: A Case Study of the Tea Garden Tribe of Assam.”

    Ranjana is a recipient of the prestigious Doctoral Fellowship from the Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. She has previously interned with Academics4Nation, contributing several insightful articles. At Pravasi Setu Foundation, she serves as the Partnership Coordinator, fostering meaningful collaborations to advance research and outreach on global Indian migration.
