Nidhi Yadav is a Research Associate at Pravasi Setu Foundation. She holds a postgraduate degree in Development Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi and a bachelor's in Economics from the University of Delhi. Her research interests lie at the intersection of gender, migration, and informal labour, with a particular focus on the post-marriage integration of women into urban informal markets. Nidhi has previously worked with the Sambhaavnaa Institute and ETG Research, contributing to political and public policy research. She brings with her strong fieldwork experience, qualitative research skills, and a deep commitment to connecting grassroots realities with inclusive development strategies.
